- ALL participants and leaders are required to read and sign a copy of this form.
- ALL completed waivers must be delivered to the Safety Director promptly after the trip is complete.
- Want to add a trip to our summer schedule? Great! Submit this form to our Summer Programs Director.
- Some guidelines and grading tips for trip leaders to aid in the matching of participant expectations with trip requirements.
- Additional safety forms available from the ACC National website.
Access to ropes, transceivers, radios and other club gear is available for club trips: Contact our Safety Director. Please make arrangements well in advance of your trip.
